How to use it: set your string count and tuning, pick how many frets to show, then click directly on the fretboard to drop markers wherever you want — handy for building a blank worksheet your students or you fill in by ear. Switch Marker labels to "Note names" or "Scale degrees" to have it label the dots for you, or use Auto-fill scale to instantly map a scale across the whole neck from a chosen root.
